Have you completed the customer / landscaping information for the propositions?

Check that the following columns have information: Spend, Keep, grow

Without this information the KPI calculations will not be correct.

The calculations are as follows:

Wallet Share = Keep / Spend % (eg $50,000 existing revenue in Keep and customer spends $200,000 - Wallet share = 50,000/200,000 = 25%)

Growth potential = Grow / Keep % (eg $50,000 existing revenue in Keep and grwoth identified of $25,000 - Growth potential = 25,000/50,000 = 50%)
