To troubleshoot the waterfall information, please check these data sources for the account. 


Target - sales order target from the Customer | landscaping page


Won - total Amount value for closed won opportunities in the plan period (If you don't use amount for the value of the opportunity then please ask your Salesforce Admin to set up a workflow trigger to copy the value data to the amount field from the one you use, for instance TCV )


New/existing - pipeline opportunities open in the plan year and mapped as designated by the Salesforce administrator.
