As part of the service management process, there are situations from time to time when we require you to grant login access to Outside In Sales and Marketing Ltd.
Without login access, we are unable to run the checks required in to your problems.
To go with login access, it is essential that you detail the STEPS required for our team to replicate the problems you are facing.
In order to grant login access, there are three steps.
1. Enter the profile in the top right of the page and select SETTINGS (picture 1)
2. Select Grant Login access from the settings menu
3. Set the access duration for Outside In Sales & Marketing for the number of days required. We request a minu=imum of 3 days to allow time for us to process the ticket in line with the SLA.
